Refund and cancellation policy
In case you have any problem with our services, please send us on feedback@tabibi247.com. We will investigate the problem and if refund is eligible, refunds will be in the same form of payment. If the patient paid in cash, the refund will be in cash. This applies on all other forms of payment as well, such as paying by visa or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, refund would be eligible expect for cancelling before the service time by one hour.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to personal and medical data for you and your family. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Today my son had an accident resulting in a large deep cut on the back of his head. Dr Radwa came round and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She phoned the local hospital to arrange the stitches, took us there with her driver, arranged everything and stayed with us whilst my semi hysterical 2.5 year old received a numbing injection and 3 stitches. She absolutely went above and beyond. My son is still asking about the doctor!
