Covid-19 second wave guidelines
As the second wave of Corona hits, we want you as prepared as possible to face it and to stay safe. Here is a quick read that might help you stay safe. As we go into the second wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we need to stay as careful as ever. That's why our future blogs will be focusing on important things to keep an eye out for when it comes to fighting the second wave.
The best prevention method, something we have come to get used to, is keeping a close eye on our hygiene and reducing physical contact. These two essential tips can drastically reduce the spread of the virus. Here are some general tips and recommendations from our doctors to help you out:
20 Second Hand Wash- wash your hands often with soap and warm water.
Keep your distance from people you don't share a house with
Cough and Sneeze into your arm or into a tissue.
If you feel even the slightest bit of sickness, Stay at home.
Try to maintain a 2-meter distance between people in public places
Avoid using public transportation
Travel abroad only if necessary
Work from home if possible
For people who are 70 or older, you are in the risk ground, so limit your contact with other people
Avoid touching your face and eyes after being in connection with other surfaces.
If you get infected with the Corona-virus, make sure that you stay at home for at least 7 days, preferably 14 days after you have had your first symptom.

Today my son had an accident resulting in a large deep cut on the back of his head. Dr Radwa came round and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She phoned the local hospital to arrange the stitches, took us there with her driver, arranged everything and stayed with us whilst my semi hysterical 2.5 year old received a numbing injection and 3 stitches. She absolutely went above and beyond. My son is still asking about the doctor!
